1. 項目背景  

加納政府已從世界銀行獲得資金支持，用于加納能源行業(yè)復(fù)蘇計劃，并計劃將部分資金用于加納電力公司（ECG）智能預(yù)付費(fèi)電表供應(yīng)與安裝合同的支付。合同分為四個（4）標(biāo)段，具體如下：

 - 標(biāo)段1：為ECG的Afienya、Ashaiman和Tema North地區(qū)供應(yīng)并安裝智能預(yù)付費(fèi)電表

- 標(biāo)段2：為ECG的Prampram、Tema South和Nungua地區(qū)供應(yīng)并安裝智能預(yù)付費(fèi)電表

- 標(biāo)段3：為ECG的Kwabenya、Roman Ridge、Makola和Teshie地區(qū)供應(yīng)并安裝智能預(yù)付費(fèi)電表

- 標(biāo)段4：為ECG的Mampong、Adenta、Dodowa和Legon地區(qū)供應(yīng)并安裝智能預(yù)付費(fèi)電表  

 2. 投標(biāo)信息  本次招標(biāo)通過國際競爭性采購程序進(jìn)行。符合條件的投標(biāo)人可通過以下地址1的電子郵件獲取更多信息，或在周一至周五的辦公時間（09:00至16:00）前往地址1查閱招標(biāo)文件。

1. The Government of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Ghana Energy Sector Recovery Program, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of Smart Prepaid Meters to the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) in four (4) Lots.  The details of the packages are as below:

LOT 1 Supply and Installation of Smart Prepaid Meters to Afienya, Ashaiman and Tema North Districts of ECG
